Gluten-Friendly Options
(Not Gluten Free)
Many (but not all) of our baked goods are - or can be made - without gluten ingredients. This means they do not outright contain gluten, but it does not necessarily mean that they are “gluten free” - in fact, we do not use that phrase.
Not every ingredient we use in our gluten-friendly products comes from a certified “gluten free” facility, nor are the finished products prepared in a separate kitchen from our gluten-containing items.
This makes them a great option for those with gluten intolerances, but not for those with celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy.
100% Vegan
(AKA Plant-Based)
Everything we make is free from dairy, eggs, honey, gelatine, and all other animal-derived products.
For us, this is a lifestyle and ethical choice. Some of our customers also avoid all animal products and love our business for that reason.
The majority of our customers, however, come to us because they or a loved one have a food sensitivity to one of these ingredients, like egg or dairy. Others just love our products and supporting local.
All our baked goods can be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike!
Other Common Allergens
(Nuts, soy, coconut, etc.)
The same way we can make gluten-friendly products, we can also make custom items free from most other allergens on request.
That being said, we do use many common allergens in our kitchen. We do sanitize all food contact surfaces and equipment between uses, but we cannot guarantee any of our products are completely free of said allergens due to potential cross contamination at production source, at ingredient manufacturing facilities, nor during storage and display at vendors.
